The Black Pistons Motorcycle Club is the top rated bike club that is also the representative supporting club for the Outlaws Motorcycle Club. This club was established in 2002 with the backing of the Outlaws. Since the day, the Black Pistons have been expanding on a large scale throughout U.S, Canada and Europe.

The Black Pistons have an estimate of 70 domestic criminal chapters in approx 20 states of United States and an uncountable number of foreign criminal chapters in states like Belgium, Germany, Canada, Great Britain, Poland and Norway. The exact number of the members of Black Pistons Motorcycle club cannot be known but an estimation of same is set to be more than 200 in just the United States.
The Outlaws Motorcycle club uses the Black Pistons Motorcycle club chapters as a recruitment source for forthcoming Outlaws members.

The Black Pistons chapters are also used by outlaws to conduct criminal activities, especially for the transportation and distribution of drugs from one place to another. The members of the Black Pistons are also engaged in physical assault, extortion cases, frauds, intimidation and theft.
